When sliced bread was invented in 1928, Cross Bros. had already been in business for 83 years!  Cross Bros. opened their doors in 1845 and quickly evolved into a company that is internationally renowned as an integrator of Material Handling Systems and a supplier of Power Transmission Equipment. That is where our two brands come into play, Cross Material Handling and Cross Power Transmission.

Cross Bros. is one of the oldest, privately held and family owned companies around.  And even more impressive, Bob Frost, a 6th generation Cross Family member, is still actively involved in the company serving as the Vice President.  Cross Bros. is a trusted partner of many Fortune 500 Companies nationally and abroad.
