Thomas A. Pavone Named President and CEO

Cross Brothers Company, Inc. is pleased to announce that Thomas A. Pavone has joined the company as President and CEO.

Tom comes to Cross Bros. with a background in engineering/project management, business management, and business development. He was most recently a Principal at MRB Group, a regional engineering firm based in Rochester, New York. He is a licensed professional engineer. 

Using his 25 years of experience in managing various design and business development projects, Tom will lead the company’s initiatives to continue its growth and business diversity.
